Pin Nottingham 14th May 2012.
Another fun filled action packed evening led by Spike and Lynda where the turnout was surprisingly good.
Garry from Century 2000 provided us with another good mortgage update proving to us that mortgage lending is certainly going in the right direction and they are providing a range of products and services to help Landlords and Investors.
Andrew Parker from Graham Penny Auctioneers also gave a good presentation informing us of the variety of properties that can be brought at auction. Just goes to show that the auction buying can bring a couple of nice surprises to the market for all the right reasons.
Mark I’ Anson, conducted a useful insight into mastering the art of negotiating with motivated sellers and it seems using Mark’s method’s allows you to be able get good quality property at a better rate than if it was on the market. After the 15 minute networking interval Paul Ribbon’s came to the stage and gave an entertaining view into his career background and how he started with pretty much nothing other than his excellent people skills.
After realising he wanted a job with big rewards he discovered there was money to be made in buying property at auction and being able to profit from them. All very interesting learning the barriers he faced and importantly the level of success he has made from it.
To close Spike and Lynda concluded the evening very well and it was great again to have the opportunity to continue networking with the other attendee’s as it does provide an excellent to help one another from a business prospective.
If you are interested in property and starting your own portfolio then PIN is for you! Come down next month to have a listen, it really is a great event.
