Yes, we work with a large number of landlords that have single properties to let as well as landlords with larger portfolios. Our efficient service allows our service to be cost effective whichever type of landlord you are.
Our property management service includes maintenance management, all of which is handled by our online portal — meaning tenants have an easy way to report issues and we can keep track of them.
A letting agent will be responsible for managing your properties whether they are commercial or domestic.
As a letting agency ourselves, we’ll take care of any problems for you, if there is maintenance to be done, a late payment or you need a new tenant, we’ll help you with it. We do the hard work, so you don’t have to.
We offer both a let only service where we’ll simply find you a tenant and handle the legal process and a fully managed lettings service where we handle the ongoing day-to-day of being a landlord for you.
We charge a percentage of the letting value for our property management services — we currently charge 12% inc VAT, giving you an extremely cost effective service.
