Tenancy Payments
Payments prior to tenancy starting, payable to Fairview Estates ‘The Agent’
Holding Deposit – 1 weeks rent
Deposit – 5 weeks rent
During the tenancy (payable to the Agent)
For English properties:
- Payment of £50 including VAT to change your tenancy agreement
- Payment of interest for any late rent payments at a rate of 3%
- Payment of £50 including VAT for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys or security devices, plus the cost of keys or device
